  Booking Agreements For Serious Entertainment Buyers;

This  agreement is to engage services by Musician's Connection to contact potential Artists for your event, based upon your criteria, including price, available dates, and  talent level of interest.  Musician's Connection will not engage, or contact any Artists, without a written consent from the (BUYER) of Entertainment.

To ensure consistent communication with the Artists , and their management, our agreement requires that Musician's Connection is the only AGENCY pursuing the Artists for your show, and that you the (BUYER), agrees not to engage/ call upon/contact or work with another Entertainment Consultant or Agency  In consideration for the services rendered by Musician's Connection, (BUYER) shall agree to pay to Musician's Connection an (HOURLY FEE)  of $ 200.00. These Fees will be credited back to the project if it materializes, regardless which Artists is finally booked. 

Retainer:

The service "RETAINER FEE" of $ 10,000.00 covers the above mentioned "HOURLY FEES" for research and negotiations on  your behalf. This "RETAINER FEE" will be credited to the project if it materializes.   However if the event does not occur with the Artists of your choice,  then the hours we have expended will be deducted from the "RETAINER FEE" at a rate of $200.00 per hour, and the balance if any will be refunded to the buyer.

This only pertains to Headline Artists only !!

Regional acts do require a "RETAINER FEE". This RETAINER FEE is different from RETAINER FEE'S that are required for National Acts. Please contact Musician's Connection for further details. 

For local acts , Please contact Musician's Connection for any "Retainer Fee" that is rquired for these Artists.
