 | Steve Zukowsky first picked up the guitar at age 11, inspired by the great rock guitarists of the 70’s, such as Jimmy Page, Brian May, Peter Frampton, Pat Travers and Michael Schenker. In 1977, he got to see Led Zeppelin in concert in Oakland, CA, at what would be their second to last show ever in the US. Steve rushed home after that show, picked up the guitar and learned ‘Over the Hills and Far Away’ right then! From that moment on, Led Zeppelin and the guitar style of Jimmy Page would be a huge influence on Steve’s playing. |
